Home selling, home buying and the moves they entail are perfect recipes for S.T.R.E.S.S.  In fact, these activities are among the top three on the proverbial list of stressors! 

Kayonne will help you keep the stress level down with her attention to detail, can-do attitude and hands-on ethic.  She’s not one to sit back and wait for her commission, like so many entering the real estate business today.  She makes sure things get done, she troubleshoots on your behalf and she truly has your best interests at heart.

I’ve found all this, and more, to be true during the process of selling my home. Kayonne was right there beside me the whole way, many times putting me at ease because my home sold quickly (an unexpected bonus!) and the inherent results of that were, admittedly, stressing me out a bit!

Bottom line is this:  if you want a real estate agent who takes your listing and sits back to wait for a buyer, there are plenty of them you can find to do just that.  If you want to sign with someone who simply throws you leads and does nothing except chauffeur you to listed houses, then drop into any one of the multitude of real estate offices in Central Florida.

But, if you want someone who is there for you, whether buying or selling, and does her job with enthusiasm, ethics and pragmatism, you cannot go wrong with Kayonne Riley.  Sold!
